A 14 year old mage with exceptional talent in magic. In Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade, she becomes the mother of Raigh and Lugh. Despite being illiterate and extremely undertrained, she proved to be a genius in the art of magic. She learned her magic by memorizing the incantations that Sonia used.
Stats
Nino is a hard-hitting tome fighter. While her defense may be low, she can lay the hits because of her speed and attack. As squishy as she is, Nino’s power comes from the fact that she can attack twice in a row. Her speed is a little above average those who are tome-users.

Strategy
Nino is a glass cannon Green Tome similar to Sonya. She cannot soak up much damage unlike certain tomes like Robin (M). She is the Green counter part of Linde who also boasts a high ATK. A softer version of Julia, she cannot handle multiple combat alone. She needs an armored unit similar to Effie or even a tanky healer like Azama to heal and soak up the damage.
One way to build Nino is to have her immediately one-shot the enemy. By giving Nino the skill “Desperation”, she can attack twice in a single row. Coupled with her high ATK, she has a higher chance of killing the enemy on a single confrontation. Other builds include her inheriting the skill Vantage from Gordin or Lon’qu who both gain Vantage. However, better to have her inherit it from Lon’qu who has all 3 stages of Vantage even at a 4 star rank.
Nino is one of the few tomes who doesn’t have a special attack. However, it’s best to give her specials that focus on either dropping the defense of the enemy or increasing her ATK. Specials under this category are Draconic Aura and Moonbow.
Counter
Leo – As a Cavalry/ Red Tome, he can quickly cover distances and attack Nino from afar. However, this may be problematic if Nino has Effie guarding her.
Tharja – Tharja is an Infantry/ Red Tome unit that can deal heavy damage as well.
Lucina – Lucina has heals every 3 turns plus she has a high RES stat which allows her to soak up the damage.
