The mighty Princess and daughter of Chrom. In an attempt to stop the forthcoming apolalypse, she time-travelled to the past. She appears in Fire Emblem: Awakening, and returns as a fearsome Heroine in Fire Emblem: Heroes.

Stats

Albeit having weak defenses in DEF and RES, Lucina has a strong Attack Stat and commendable Speed. This allows her to make quick work of most opponents from the start and survive a multitude of attacks at a decent pace.

Strategy

Her movement is moderate with 2 cells per turn. She usually performs several counter attacks that can instantly kill most opponents during the start of the Chapter. At the expense of suffering heavy damage and risking a possible death, she is able to annihilate foes that normally survive against other Heroes with New Moon equipped.

Lucina deals tremendous amounts of damage once she has engaged in combat, however it is best to have a Cleric nearby since she cannot withstand facing several opponents in a row during the latter Chapters. Her Falchion makes her ideal to counter Dragon-type enemies whenever the need arises. In addition, her HP replenishes once every 3 turns, thus she performs excellently during a long battle, just make sure not to put her on the frontline every time.

Counter

Lucina struggles against enemies that can deal Ranged damage such as Tome users, Bow users, and blue units that either rival her speed, have sustainability, or have insane amounts of Magic ATK.

Linde – She has a tremendously high ATK and SPD allowing her to deal serious amounts of damage to Lucina if she manages to be within her reach before Lucina closes the distance.

Reinhardt – Apart from having high mobility to snipe Lucina early in the turn if the map is free from obstacles, his Dire Thunder can provide him 2 turns of attack, which can easily sweep Lucina.

Kagero – Her Poison Dagger+ can easily pierce Lucina’s vulnerable DEF thanks to its effect. Apart from that she does not risk receiving counterattacks from her due to its Ranged damage as a dagger unit.
