Hairstyle can be changed at a Hair Salon.

To change your character’s hairstyle and hair color, head to a Hair Salon found in the various cities and towns throughout the game. Hair Salon facilities are identified by the distinct Barber’s Pole with red and blue slanted stripes to the left of the shop’s entrance.
