Glaseado Gym Strategies and Tips
Grusha’s Frosmoth can double the speed of all its allies for 4 turns. If your Pokémon are around the same level as Grusha’s, his Pokémon will always outspeed you, making it difficult to defeat him. Try to take out Frosmoth as soon as possible or use a move that allows you to preemptively hit it to win.

Glaseado Gym Tests
Slide down the mountain within the time limit.
The Glaseado Gym Test requires you to clear a snowy course within 1 minute and 30 seconds while riding your Pokémon. For this test, just proceed carefully along the track by following the red flags and you should clear this test easily.
