Lake Area

・As you enter the lake area ballistas will be fired at you continuously. Use the trees to avoid them.
・Once you enter tha lake you will find a Large Titanite Shard right away. Go further for another Large Titanite Shard. Near the broken tree to the right you will find 2 Large Titanite Shard.
・Continue right and you will find a alcove. Inside you will find 2 Crystal Lizards for a Twinkling Titanite and a Titanite Chunk. If you have activated Anri and Horaces questline you will find Horace there. Defeat him for the Llewellyn Shield. Near him you can find 2 Yellow Bug Pellets and 2 Large Titanite Shard.
・Proceed along the right side of the lake and at the very end you can find a Chaos Gem.
・Once you proceed along the left side of the lake a giant worm will spawn. He will shoot lightning lazers from his mouth. ※１Easy way to kill the worm.
・Defeat the worm for a Lightning Stake and a Undead Bone Shard. Around that area you can find the Shield of Want and a Large Titanite Shard.
・Let the ballista destory the wall to the right of the worm for a Speckled Stoneplate Ring.
・Go up the hill to the right of the worm for a Large Titanite Shard.
・Go down the stairs near the titanite and light Demon Ruins bonfire.
・Go up the stairs past the worm and into the fog wall to triger the Old Demon King boss fight.
・Defeat him for Soul of Old Demon King.
・Light Old Demon King bonfire.

Inside the Trap Hole.

・The floor made from bricks near the trees can be destroyed with a ballista. Drop down into the trap hole.
・Go left and you will find a Crystal Lizard. Defeat it for a Chaos Gem.
・From where you landed go right and make a right again for Izalith Pyromancy Tome.
・Back from the branch, go left this time for Old King’s Antechamber bonfire.
・At the left end of the bonfire room there is a illusory wall. Inside you can find a Estus Shard. Go further for an Ember. Once you get out you will find a demon that cass spells and near him you can find another Ember.
・Go up the stairs placed on the right side of the wall and light Demon Ruins bonfire.
・Go all the way up the stairs to go back to the lake area.

・From the Old King’s Antechamber bonfire room, go down the stairs and take a right at your next hallway and right again for an Ember.
・Go back to the stairs and down all the way into the next room.
・Exit this room and at the end of the hallway you’ll end up at a branch. The left wall in acutally an illusory wall and inside you will find a Black Knight. Defeat him for a Black Knight Sword.
・Back at the branch, make a right and once you are in the next room you can find a Undead Bone Shard in the left corner.
・Follow the hallway in the corner of the room go right and the wall ahead of you is a illusory wall. Inside you can find the Quelana Pyromancy Tome. Go down the stair near that item and you will end up at a lava pit. At that lava pit you can loot a Toxic Mist and the White Hair Talisman.
・To loot the items inside the lava pit
・Wear Armor with high fire protection.
・Use Ember to raise maximum HP.
・Use the Red Bug Pellet to raise fire protection.
・Continuously use an Estus to make your way through.

・Return to the room with the illusory wall and go down the stairs located at the hallway to the left. At the end of the stairs there is a illusory wall and inside you can loot 2 Large Titanite Shard. Behind the chest there is another illusory wall and you can find the Izalith Staff.
・In the room above there is a Titanite Scale.
・Go towards the stairs near the hallway where the slab was. Make a left on your way and near the stairs you will encounter Knight Slayer Tsorig. Defeat him for the Fume Ultra Greatsword, Black Iron Greatshield, and the Knight Slayer’s Ring. Let Tsorig defeat you for My Thanks! gesture. At the lava pit ahead you can loot Sacred Flame and an Ember.
・Go back to the stairs and up. You will find a Black Knight to your left. You cna find a Soul of a Crestfallen Knight at the opposite side of the wall.
・Go up the ladder and once you made it drop down to the ledge on the right for a Dragonrider Bow.
・Once you are back at the lake area, drop down onto a basin. Near the ledge you can find 2 Homeward Bone.
・Go in between the rock and take a left.
・Go up the hill and you will find the bowgun that has been firing the ballistas. Pusing the lever will mae it stop firing the ballistas.

Boss Fight Strategy

・His attacks are fire based so it is best to use rings and fire resistant armor.
・He breathes fire onto the ground so get some range from him once he raised his right leg and gets ready to breath out fire.
・You will have a chance to attack him after he swings his club diagnal.
・Staying around below him will cause him to swipe his club so it is best to use hit and away tactic after 2 to 3 hits.
・After you lower his health to about one thirds, he will use additional attack motions.
・Once he raises his club in the air meteors will come falling down. You will have a chance to attack him while he is raising his club. After he puts his club down concentrate on dodging the meteors.
・If he slams his club in the ground 3 times he will create a ring of fire that moves into the center. In this case roll outwards to avoid it. Once his HP get down to half he will slam his club 2 times and in this case the fire ring will move from the center then outward. Roll towards the center to dodge it.

・Once his HP gets low he will create a large explosion and then will not be able to attack anymore.

Easy way to kill the worm

Use roll to get behind the worm and stand at the location shown below. The ballista will kill the worm.
