According to the Dragon’s Dogma 2 official website, Dragonsplague is a contagious disease that spreads among Pawns when they travel between worlds. It was also stated that in folklore, when the Dragonsplague reaches its terminal stage, it will cause tremendous devastation, however, the truth of these statements is still unknown.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 How to Cure Dragonsplague
Enhances the infected Pawn’s overall combat performance.
Somehow, the Dragonsplague enhances the Pawn’s performance and capabilities in combat rather than weakening them. This, however, is still unclear as to why and how the Dragonsplague affects the combat performance of the Pawns.
