How to Increase Stats Guide for Dragon’s Dogma 2
There are several ways to increase the Arisen’s and Main Pawn’s stats in Dragon’s Dogma 2. Below are things that can affect or increase stats in the game.
- Character Level
- Equipment (Weapons, Armor, etc.)
- Augment Skills
- Vocation (Classes)
Ways to Increase Stats
Raise your Level.
This is probably the most common way to increase your stats in the game. Raising your level will give you more stats, although the affected stats may vary based on your vocation. Nonetheless, as you gain experience and level up, you will acquire stats that complement your vocation or class.
Weapons and Armor
Weapons and armor impact your stats as well. Once equipped, weapons or armor will instantly increase your stats. However, the specific stats affected depend on the equipment’s capabilities and the stats it provides. Please keep in mind that certain weapons and armor are only available for certain vocations and cannot be equipped by others.
Equip Augment Skills
Aside from weapons and armor, Augment Skills can also increase your stats once equipped. Augment Skills can be unlocked for other vocations by leveling up their respective or initial vocations. Therefore, it is recommended to change into other vocations and increase their level to unlock Augment Skills.
Dragon’s Dogma 2 Augment Skill List and Effects
Change Vocations or Change into Advanced Vocations.
Changing vocations will also affect your stats. However, the affected stats differ depending on the vocation that you have chosen or changed into. In this context, Magick-focused vocations will gain more Magick at the cost of losing Physical-related (Strength) stats, whereas bruiser-like vocations will gain more Strength and maybe HP in exchange for losing Magick. Furthermore, Advanced Vocations will probably give more stats but may also diminish other stats more.
