The game will introduce you to most of its Vocations, including the Advanced Vocations. As you progress further in the game’s main story, you will be able to find Guild Halls and Vocation Maisters, which both can unlock other Vocations for you.

The Vocation Frustration will allow you to purchase and unlock the Advanced Vocations (Warrior and Sorcerer). To do this, head to the Vernworth Vocation Guild and speak to Klaus. Deepen your relationship with Vocation Maisters.
To unlock Advanced Vocations, you must strengthen or increase your relationship level with the Vocation Maisters. The Vocation Maisters are individuals who have already mastered a certain vocation or class.

Unlocking the Advanced Vocations will allow you to have more choice in selecting a new Vocation. This will also give you an opportunity to explore or try out different playstyles that the Advanced Vocations can provide.

May significantly increase your stats.
Changing or advancing to an Advanced Vocation may significantly increase both your stats and your stat growth. However, Advanced Vocation may have a certain stat that it heavily focuses on, and you may lose other stats in return.

Gain access to more Augment Skills.
There are Augment Skills that are initially exclusive to certain vocations, but once you have leveled up or mastered their respective vocations, they can be unlocked and equipped for other vocations as well. Therefore, it is recommended to change into other vocations and raise their level until you unlock their Augment Skills.
