Malboro Sprout
The Malboro Sprout are a smaller version of the Malboro. They are often seen accompanying the Malboro in the quest for No Stopping the Great Stink. They also appear in the quest of Main Hand of the King. Like the Malboro, the skin is coloured green with multiple serpents protruding from its head. An octopusp-like creature that unleashes its condition by breathing its Bad Breath attack on you.
To bring it down, make sure you have healing items on you.
