[Injustice 2] Fighter Pack 1
Injustice 2 is the super-powered sequel to the hit game Injustice: Gods Among Us that allows players to build and power up the ultimate version of their favorite DC characters. Featuring a massive selection of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains, players can personalize iconic DC characters with unique and powerful gear earned throughout the game. Additionally, for the first time, gamers can take control of how their characters look, fight and develop across a variety of game modes.
Ever since the announcement of Injustice 2, we have come to know that one of the 1st DLC Characters would be Darkseid (the tyrannical Lord of Apokolips which you will be able to get if you pre-ordered a copy of Injustice 2). However, with the announcement of the Fighter Pack 1, we are able to get a glimpse of 3 DLC Characters that will be available in the game. These 3 characters are Sub-Zero (who is the master of the Lin Kuei in the Mortal Kombat Universe), Starfire (the beautiful, elegant and powerful princess of Tamaran) and Red Hood ( who was a former protege of Batman and now dons on a different mantle after his supposed death).
A price for the Fighter Pack has yet to be announced, but we do know that these 3 characters along with the 6 other DLC characters are bundled together as part of the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition copy. The Standard copy costs ($60), the Digital Deluxe costs at ($80), and the Ultimate Edition costs ($100).
Near the end of the video, we are able to glimpse silhouettes of different figures. Fans have speculated that some of the easier and recognizable shadows are Black Manta and Raiden. However, this is only speculation and the silhouettes may only provide as a display of “tease” to excite fans of who will make the cut as DLC Characters for the game. We are hoping that Spawn (one of the characters that was launched in a poll by Ed Boon) will be making it into the game considering he is also one of the favorites to enter the game (much like Red Hood).
