Gorilla Grodd
A telepathic brute, Gorilla Grodd has been trying to subjugate mankind and show his superiority over them. Because of this, he’s even gone as far as to form an alliance with Braniac and an anti-Justice League team. When the Regime disbanded, he created a place known as the Gorilla City where he would gather many gorillas to serve under him. Seeing a vacuum in power, he tries to seize it while forming an army of fellow gorillas.
