All Keystone Runes in League of Legends: Wild Rift
Keystone Runes are elements that strengthen the champion in League of Legends: Wild Rift.
Overview
Keystone Runes are the champion’s most powerful runes. Runes can either be Keystone or secondary. The latter is split into three different paths. Runes are assigned at the start for all champions. Each rune has a level restriction. The champion can freely customize runes after reaching level 10.
How to set up runes
1 | Choose the loadout. (The sword icon). |

2 | Pick the helmet icon to view the roster of champions. |
3 | Select the champion that you wish to customize. |
4 | Choose “>” on the right hand side to view the runes. |
5 | Tap the rune that you wish to change. |
6 | Another way to modify the runes is to go to the match selection screen and then tap the rune icon. |
Keystone Rune List
Keystone Rune | Cooldown | Description |
---|---|---|
Electrocute | 25 seconds | Attacking a champion generates stacks. Accumulating three stacks using basic attacks or abilities within 3 second window will inflict extra adaptive damage. |
Aery | – | Using basic attacks or abilities applies the “Airy” effect. Using heals or casting shields also causes “Airy” to appear. |
Conqueror | – | Attacking a champion generates stacks of Conqueror. Accumulating five stacks using basic attacks or abilities will inflict extra adaptive damage. |
Fleet Footwork | – | Moving or using basic attacks generates stacks of Energize. After reaching 100 stacks, the next basic attack restores health and applies a movement speed boost. |
Grasp of the Undying | – | Generates a stack when entering combat every 3 seconds. After garnering 4 stacks, the succeeding basic attack will spend all stacks to deal a portion of the champion’s max health. |
Aftershock | 20 seconds | After immoblizing an opposing champion, you’ll receive an armor boost. After the boost expires, sends a shockwave that inflicts magic damage to surrounding enemies. |
Font of Life | – | Applies a mark that lasts for 4 seconds to an opposing champion that suffers from Slowing or Immobilizing. When allies attack the marked enemy, they gain a portion of their max health back. |
Kleptomancy | 25 seconds | After an ability is used, the next basic attack or ability that hits the enemy champion yields a random item. |
