Hidden Items are a type of collectible found all throughout the various Campaign Missions of Sniper Elite 5. These unique collectibles are often cleverly hidden from plain sight or require additional actions to make them appear.

The Atlantic Wall

| #1 Radio Tin | Southern Farm: Proceed to the Southern Farm, which is in the middle of the map east of the dunes. Go inside and look for a table to see the item. |
| #2 Resistance Photo | Pharmacy: When clearing the “Neutralize the Coastal Defense” objective. Proceed to the market square in the southwest of the map. Look for the pharmacy west of the market square and enter. At top of the stairs, go right and straight to the end of the hall to find the item on a table. |
| #3 FFI Flag | Western Farmhouse: Proceed to the Western Farmhouse, which is northeast of the exfiltration zone. Acquire the item on a sink or washbasin inside the kitchen of the farmhouse. |

| #4 Soldier Statuette | Chateau Gardens: Proceed to Chateau Gardens and enter the building with a Stone Eagle. Eliminate the sniper in the tower. Examine the body of the sniper to get the item. |
| #5 Group Statuette | Chateau Estate: Proceed to the 3rd floor of the Chateau Estate. Make use of the narrow stairwell on the second floor in the middle of the north edge of the chateau. Enter the first room on the right to find the item on the crate beside a letter. |

| #8 Covert OPs Field Manual | Building North of Cathedral: From the pistol workbench, proceed to the building north of the cathedral. Go around the back of the cathedral and pass through the alarm. Enter the door and go down the steps. Move left at the boxes, past the statue. Then, follow the path on your right, then left to enter another door. Take the small set of stairs and see three tables on your right pushed together. The item is placed on one of the tables. |
| #9 Ornate Compass | Spymaster’s Office: Proceed northeast of the cathedral and enter the spymaster’s office. Go upstairs and take the item from the safe in the room near the entrance. |
