Chapter 6 Walkthrough and Epilogue [Tales of Berseria/ ToB]

CHAPTER 6 OF THE WALKTHROUGH DETAILS THE FINAL AREA OF THE GAME - THE RETURN TO THE SAVIOUR'S THRONE.

Overview of Chapter 6

Chapter 6 of the walkthrough of Tales of Berseria covers the last leg of Velvet and her party’s journey back to the Saviour’s Throne where Artorius’ goal of purifying the world is only inches from his grasp. Can the heroes make it in time to stop him?

Before setting out for Saviour’s Throne, make sure your party is well-equipped and stocked with as much healing items as you can bring. Then, make your way to Saviour’s Throne.

When you arrive there, climb up the grand staircase and make your way to the gold star where a cutscene will begin. Afterwards, proceed to the ray of light ahead.

Once you arrive at the next area, walk around and head for the lower west section to obtain some Katspi. After that, go to the northern section and look for a weird symbol, then head for the warp point in the middle of the area.

After you warp to the new area, there will be a save point where the road runs to a fork. Head for the warp on the north section. From there, make for the path to the north and make a right. You will find a chest that contains a Soul Bottle. Then, return to the previous area and head east, then jump to the other side. Make a jump again to where the path stops, then make your way east by going down the slope. Then, proceed to the south warp point. Examine the orb that’s floating to obtain a Twilight Spirit Ball. Behind it will be a chest that contains a Shark Bottle. Return to the previous area, then make a hard north to a weird symbol again to warp  to the next area.

In the next area, continue making your way up until you reach the highest level, slicing through east as you go along. Make a jump to the west to another weird symbol that allows you to use the warp point on the lower area. Afterwards, proceed east to obtain a Crimson Dawn Spirit Ball, then use the warp point to the north. In the next area, go west and look for a warp point that’s not working, and at the back of it, a monument. Then, head back to where the save point was (where the forked path was) and go to the warp point on the right marked red on the map.

Trudge along the path that goes spiraling and make your way to an alcove in the north. You can open a Katz Box in the area for 410 Katspi to obtain a Katz and Thick Eyebrows. Then, follow the path again, this time to an alcove in the south. Open the chest there to get a Melon Gel, then make for the door to at the end to go to the next area. A cutscene will play. Afterwards, make for the next door ahead. You will then arrive at an intersection of four paths.

Proceed to the path at the south and make your way back in the purple draped part of the map. Make a hard trudge south until you come to a red crystal that you need to destroy. It will make a path for you to cross. Then, head south until you come to an area with the Rareboard Data. Take it, then proceed north and go inside the door in the middle.

Once inside, head north, then use the Rareboard to make it across. Grab the Katspi as well as the White Moon Spirit Ball. Then, use the Rareboard again to make it across to the path on the south. There, you can grab a Melon Gel and Purification weapon. Return to the intersection and this time, proceed west and use the Rareboard again to grab some Katspi and Helmut Schmitt that will be inside a chest. Afterwards, return to the intersection once more.

Once at the intersection, you can use one of the Spirit Balls into one of the monuments (the one at the north). You can then use the red-colored war point to engage an optional enemy.

Head back to the map before the area with the Katz Box. From there, use the point warp in the southwest, then proceed up to an area that you need to use the Rareboard to cross to an area that has some Katspi. Then, use the point warp nearby. You will come an area with more Katspi and a Soul Bottle found inside a chest to the north. Use the point warp to the north, then use one of the stones on the monument. This will turn on the yellow point warp which you can go to to face another optional enemy.

Return to the section where you found the chest, then take the warp point at the south to return to the area with the save point and go back to the area where you obtained the Rareboard Data. From there, proceed south, then drop down the opening for the Sky Green Spirit Ball. Run to the path ahead and destroy the purple crystal to create another path, then go down the hole there. In the next area, grab the Inofle Bottle inside the chest, then jump down the other opening to return to the area with the save point.

From there, make your way east and use the lower point warp, then make a hard trudge to the northwest to a path that was activated when you destroyed the purple crystal. You will find a chest that contains a Soul Bottle here. Then, head back to the section before you found the Katz Box. From there, proceed to the warp point in the southeast. Once in the next area, make jump to the west side towards the weird symbol and another monument. You can use a spirit ball here to use warp point to fight another optional enemy.

Head back to the room where you got the Rareboard Data once more, then make your way south and to the door next to the opening below. Use the Rareboard and head for the door ahead, then look for a chest that contains the Mythril Blade. Afterwards, head for the Rareboard Data room again.

From there, proceed east using the bridge and to the door ahead where a conversation will begin. You will eventually come to another intersection of four roads. Make for the monument, then use another spirit ball to face another optional enemy.

Make for the intersection again. From there, head west and to a door. In the next area, proceed east until you come up to another red crystal that you can destroy to activate another path. Return to the previous section on the west and look for a chest that contains an Elixir. Then, make your way north, and then east where you will find the Azure Spirit Ball. Afterwards, go to the door north from there, then go east. You will find the Purple Cloud Spirit Ball here, and to the west is the Wicked Shadow Knife inside a chest.

Then, make your way back to the intersection (with the white symbol). From there, proceed east until you come to a door. You can then use the Purple Cloud Spirit here to warp to another enemy.

Head back to the area where the first red crystal was destroyed (with the save point). There, you can use the Blue Spirit Ball to fight another optional enemy.

Return to the area where the Blue Spirit Ball was located and from there, proceed to the warp point in the west. There will be another crystal to destroy there. Once you have destroyed it, walk to the bridge until you come up to a save point. From there, trudge east, then to the south section to obtain a Melon Gel, and then a forked path that descends for another one. Finally, go back to the save point and proceed to the warp point north. A cutscene will play. Then, proceed up the set of stairs to finally do battle with Artorius and Innominat. Be prepared as you will be facing them together.

After defeating them, the final phase of the battle will begin.

After a well-fought and challenging battle, Artorious wil fall. From here on, just enjoy the final scenes of the game. You will also be able to continue on from clearing the main storyline on this save file.
