Recommended steps for choosing Artes

■ Balance the combo chain with a combination of Base and Holy Servant Artes

Since Eleanor excels in both Base Artes and Holy Servant Artes, she is capable of delivering powerful combos using Holy Servant Artes  against enemies that possess low A. DEF.

■ Dedicate a slot in the chain for a Holy Servant Arte, then choose between a Base Arte or a Holy Servant Arte for the final attack

For the starting Arte, recommended Holy Servant Artes are those that recover HP or revive a fallen party member. One recommended Holy Servant Arte is “Rei’i: Kaiseikou,” a field effect that revives and cures stat changes to nearby allies contained in the small radius.

When the fourth Arte deals a combination of physical and spell-type damage, it breaks through most enemies even if each of them possess varying amounts of PDEF and MDEF.

Recommended Sample Combo Chains

■ Skewering Spear → “Kazuraotoshi” → Treble Strike → “Shousouhougeki”

This is a fast combo chain that can be used even when the Soul Gauge (SG) is minimal.

■ Rending Strike → “Tsumujigoma” → “Kagedoryuu” → “Reisou: Juuen”

A combo chain that is executable even during the early stages of the game. Eleanor may even opt to use a different Arte in place of “Reisou: Jueen” in the fourth slot.
