Enemies and Allies Quest Walkthrough

1 After gathering info on “Collectopaedia”, head to a Rest Spot and dicuss what you learned with the party.
2 Afterwards, head up Elaice Highway to Purus Palecolumn (landmark) and talk to Rhyza.
3 Enter Torus Hollow cave and follow the quest marker to the storehouse to reach the hidden stash. Then, use Collectopaedia Card to send the supplies to Colony 4.
4 Talk to Chelle to clear the quest.
