| 3 | Travel to Torus Hollow and talk to Chelle regarding the concern. |
| 4 | You need to make a choice in this quest, you just need to complete one (1) of the objectives. You can either go to Cozalie’s squad at Dannagh Desert or go to Thorbin’s squad at Ribbi Flats. (Note: The choice you make in this side quest don’t matter so feel free to choice any) |
This is actually available in Chapter 4 – and if not for it referencing an event in mid-Chapter 4, I would expect it would have been available as soon as you have Alexandria (potentially as early as Chapter 3).
