Dino’s Sidequests Guide

You can access Dino’s Sidequests once you’ve completed Dino’s main quest in Chapter 1. Return to him during Chapter 2 to start the first sidequest.

The Aspiring Artisan

Unlock Condition: Reach Chapter 2

Reward: 500 EXP, Amethyst Bracelet x1

Talk to Dino at Galdin Quay. Retrieve the Amethyst Stone at the east of Longwythe Peak, then return to him to complete the mission.

A Stone-Studded Stunner

Unlock Condition: Complete “The Aspiring Artisan”

Reward: 1,000 EXP, Heliodor Bracelet x1

Talk to Dino, then head to the south of Wiz Chocobo Post (which can only be accessed after Chapter 2). Find and collect three Heliodor Stones in the area, then take them to the jeweler.

Reliable Royalty

Unlock Condition: Complete “A Stone-Studded Stunner”

Reward: 1,500 EXP, Sapphire Bracelet x1

Speak to Dino and head to the banks of Cleigne’s main river. You can find the Sapphire Stone on a small beach at the edge of the area. Bring the stone back to Dino to complete the mission.

No Pain, No Gem

Unlock Condition: Complete “Reliable Royalty”

Reward: 2,000 EXP, Ruby Bracelet x1

The Ruby Stone can be found inside the Myrlwood (which you can access after Chapter 6). Once you enter the forest, walk near the stone wall to the left and proceed further into the area. You will soon see a cluster of red ore containing Ruby Stones. Deliver the stone to Dino to finish the sidequest.

A Treasure Beyond Measure

Unlock Condition: Complete “No Gain, No Gem”

Reward: 3,000 EXP, Emerald Bracelet x1

Retrieve the Emerald Stone at Costlemark Tower. The stone is hidden in the depths of the area, and you can only access the tower at night. Take note that this is a dungeon that you should only visit if you have a high-level arty.
