Living off the Land (Iris) Sidequest Guide

Talk to Iris at Cape Caem after reaching Chapter 8. After the cutscene, head to the plot next to the house and plant the seeds that you received from Iris. Rest for one night and come back the next day to harvest the carrots and receive 500 EXP. The number of vegetables you’ll get after each harvest varies in accordance with the weather.

The first harvest triggers the arrival of Tony, a local restauranteur. You can trade your Caem Carrots to Tony in exchange for items. However, you must finish one quest (main or optional) in order for you to plant crops again.
