Act 3 Walkthrough – Northern Zofia Battle [Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia]

Northern Zofia

The Northern Zofia map is a battle area where you have to take down a variety of soldiers and make sure they don’t cause you problems. However, the main problem with this map is the spawn positioning for the soldiers are random. This may make it difficult to come up with a strategy. But the key to succeeding in this particular map is to know which unit to prioritize in terms of taking out.

If you know how to do that, North Zofia won’t be so hard.

Map Strategy

At this part of the Act, you’re going to deal with a variety of units. Some of these units can be either calvary and soldiers. However, your main concern will be the witch. This witch can deal damage from a far range which can be a problem for your melee units. Nonetheless, there are still ways to take her out.

In both Normal and Hard mode, the Northern Zofia part of Act 3 still retain one mechanic. The mechanic that Fernan will not attack unless you get within range of his attacks. So, the best way to take it out is to take out his lackeys first. For a better way to deal with them, have all your party members create a pocket where you can corner a single unit and focus fire them.
