Strategy

How to Defeat

It is recommended to have everyone start with full Overdrive gauges. Yuna will be very important in dealing damage to the boss during the fight, so have her aeons’ Overdrives at the ready as well.

Note that each of Yuna’s aeons will be able to use one attack before the boss quickly takes them out with a glyph mine. Use the chance to bombard it with Overdrives.

Spread out your party to prevent the boss from doing damage to all three of your characters at once. Move your characters when the Spectral Keeper summons a glyph mine where they are standing.

Put on any equipment that negates berserk you have. If not, you will need to regularly cure party members hit with Berserk Tail.

Setting up Protect is good for mitigating damage the boss deals. Before having Lulu use her spells on Spectral Keeper, have Auron use Mental Break to lower its magic defense.
