Pay off O’aka’s debt
You need to clear O’aka’s debt before Chapter 3 ends to unlock his shop at the Lake Macalania Travel Agency.

New encounters await
The fiends have grown stronger since you last encountered them, so you need to depend on the Charm Bangle to skip random encounters. You should have received this item after defeating the Leblanc syndicate.
There are also new enemies called Watchers. While these fiends can only cast weak spells, they record your combat data and report it to the bosses that you will encounter in future areas. You need to defeat the watchers with physical attacks to prevent this from happening.
