Area: Luca – Moogle
| 1 | Watch the cutscene. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Go downstairs and talk to the guy holding some balloons. |
| 3 | You can easily spot eight recipients around the plaza. |
| 4 | To find the remaining recipients, head to building with some flashing screens. |
| 5 | Inspect the shut window to expose the others. |
| 6 | Hand over the last two balloons to finish the mission. |
Area: Return to Luca
| 1 | When you return to Luca, go downstairs. |

| 2 | Go to the plaza. |
| 3 | Take the left path to reach the stadium. |
| 4 | Go upstairs to the hall with lockers. |
| 5 | Talk to Rin and listen to the cutscene. |
| 6 | Optional: Ask about other things from the Beaked NPC |
| 7 | Say “Tell me the rules!” |
| 8 | Optional: Finish the tutorial. |
| 9 | Exit the locker hall then travel to Mi’ihen Highroad. |
