You can use the Hunt Board after completing ‘Brotherhood’ main quest, the Hunt Mission for Agni will appear on the board. It is located at The Kingdom of Waloed and then you need to fast travel to the The Edge of Infinity Obelisk, go to the upper left side of the area until you reach the path to Halfcombe.
