Aqueous Orb Did not drop as reward in rising tide expansion pack. I am unable to go back and play Perkyos for it too , won’t allow. Please help.
I have completed the first playthrough and now in NG+ (FFMode). I’m aiming to get Platinum 100%. However there is 1 trophy that is bugging, the “Yes, Eikon”. I tried resetting all abilities and max-out any of the Eikon to master, but I’m not getting the trophy. Tried every Eikon available, max it out but still trophy not popping out. I read that it has got to do with the new DLC, but I have already downloaded all latest update. For your info, I’m not starting any DLC. Just playing the base game. Appreciate if anyone can help englighten me on this.
On Vivian’s Grand Cast, it displays characters who died in black and white. However for sir Tyler it shows his icon still in color even though he died in the beginning of the game. Please have fixed.
I was starting a new playthrough on ng+ and during the beginning, after the fall of phoenix gate, one of the two npcs you have to follow just stops, and the game puts up an invisible wall preventing me from proceeding. I’ve tried reloading a save, making a new ng+ playthrough and restarting the game.

Ive got a bug completed it all apart from the collectables because the chronoliths are trully bugged and cannot be completed i completed shiva i started with about 3 and a half to 4 minutes times but litrally cannot do any on the others at all because times vary from 1 minute 20 to about 2 minutes 30 start time i either die or run out of time so unable to platnium because i cant complete them all to get the last collectable its stupid the collectable trophy should have anything to do with the chronolith trophys exspecially then they are bugged and impossible to do
Hi! I am trying to collect orichalcum and I managed to get collect one from a floating container and beat two of the hunt bosses that dropped the item, yet when I look in my inventory, it says I only have one. Is there any way to report this/get the orichalcum without restarting my progress? I am right before the end of the game and want to up my armor and weapons.
I have ran into a weird bug, theres a weird green red blue burn in the sides of the screen.
Ive been trying to get the last location for the Here Be Rosfields trophy. I compared all my maps to another player who beat the game and did all quests and havent gotten the trophy. Im at the end game and noticed all the obelisks werent glowing the same like the others as if its not activated. Hope this get patched.
I have been grinding for over twelve hours on PS5 and didn’t save. I am level 44 and fighting the behemoth. I got it down to maybe an eighth of its health, and for the next fifteen minutes no matter how many times I hit the thing, how many times I staggered it, or how much damage I did–health wouldn’t decrease. I realized it was a huge problem and a bug. I stopped fighting in the hopes that it would kill me, but even when I stopped using the controller entirely Clive will not die. I’m not healing him.
I would lose my mind if I lost all that progress. I can’t save in the middle of a fight. I can’t emergency forfeit the fight. I stepped away on the pause screen to get sleep but I have no clue what to do here.
There was a cutscene with Mid and Blackthorne where Mid laughs and her lips stay absolutely still. Nothing huge, but worth a mention.
Hi – you should have autosaves. I know this is a bit late but the same thing happened to me. I can’t tell if it’s because I ‘killed’ it too fast, but you should have an autosave right before the fight starts that you can go back to. Basically at the second point at 20% health the behemoth should be casting Meteor and it bugs out where it doesn’t.
Bugged wall of memory and the trinity accord will not show on the wall locking the plat for me.
Exact same thing, triunity accord in my inventory but not on my wall. Also it happened on both normal and ng+. So annoyed right now.
After completing the side quest “Three’s company” they award you an item (the triunity accord) to display on the “wall of memories.” The item is in my inventory but it’s not displayed on the wall, I’ve seen posts on Reddit about it happening to other people too but from different quests.
Same thing happen to me it’s the helmet that won’t show up.
Did anyone find a fix for this it’s the last thing I need to get the platinum for the game.
In most cutscenes, Clive’s sword reflects his current equipment, but following the main boss fight during the Through the Maelstrom quest, Clive’s sword was different during the cutscene.
The trophy “Acceptance” is bugged for me. I’m far past this part in the game but the trophy just didn’t unlock.
The camera appears to be moving to the ground as if the right analog stick is being pushed downward when im not moving it. This doesn’t occur when playing any other games.
The deadzone for the analog stick may need increasing.
Also having the same bug as others where i cant craft items when selecting the option and holding X without reloading the game.
Not too big of an issue in my opinion, just cosmetic. Last word of the first selection to accept the mission is cut off, “mysel” is what I saw when it should’ve been “myself”.
Bahamut Bug
If you go a little too crazy (or if you are a little over leveled) with the attack in the third phase in story mode, there is a chance that the cutscene for Teraflare never happens. If that cutscene does not happen, Bahamut’s HP will not go under 20% and you get stuck fighting. After going into a 10 minute fighting loop (where my thumb was about to die), I finally thought, I don’t think this is how the devs intended for this fight to be like. Reloaded from save point and got to the third phase and waited for Teraflare, then everything proceeded smoothly.
Did you ever find a way to get past this, I’m having the same issue? Reloading doesn’t work, still the same thing happens. Even tried restarting the entire mission, but still happens.
High Frequency sound bug coming from Jill’s outfit. It’s metallic sounding and seems to only happen when she is around. Sometimes during cut scenes, sometimes not.
Only way to fix is by turning SFX down to about 30 but you can still hear it then.
It’s made it unplayable. Any news on when it should be fixed?
i got 6 orichalcum whats up with that
Playing on Final Fantasy mode. Teraflare animation with Clive and Joshua in the bubble sticks on the animation and won’t progress any further. Music plays as normal but the teraflare animation is continuous.
I am encountering this same bug, has it been fixed?
The forge bug i can’t create things i was stuck the first time until the game let me but every time i need to close the game and load my save.
I am having the same issue, even with materials on PS5 it will not let me forge/reinforce items, nothing happens when pressing or holding X, even restarting the game and console, on patch 1.000.002, gonna try uninstalling without patch next try.
In the side quest “blacksmiths blues” I cannot advance past the hunting board no matter how many times I pursue it. It doesn’t recognize that I even checked it.
in one of the first quests “hide, hideaway” you have to pick up items infront of a stone tablet and the game refuses to let me pick them up. ive tried leaving and coming back, ive tried talking to people and going back ive tried resetting the game and nothing will let me “retrieve sacks”
I am experiencing screen flickering (like blinking effect) in the bottom side of the screen in darker areas in my Sony TV. Anyone can relate?
Yes, I get it on my Sony X90K. Specifically during the cutscenes. Looks like VRR is the culprit. I turned VRR off and the flickering disappeared. Hopefully the devs can fix this. This is where we report bugs for the devs to see right?
