Final Fantasy 16 Trophy and Achievement List
Perform Phoenix Shift, then Press Square
Phoenix Shift is an Eikonic Feat that allows Clive to move in on an enemy. This ability can be upgraded as you progress in the game.
Press Ο to perform the Phoenix Shift, while moving in on a target, press □ to perform the Shift Strike. If done correctly, “Shift Strike” will appear on the right side of the screen.
After executing the Shift Strike, perform more attacks to deal more damage to a target and trigger more battle techniques.
