How to Raise Level Cap to 100 Guide for Final Fantasy XVI (FF16)
Start New Game Plus (NG+) on Final Fantasy Mode.
To raise Clive’s level cap to 100 in Final Fantasy XVI (FF16), you must clear the game’s main story once on any difficulty (Action Focus or Story Focus). Doing so unlocks New Game Plus (NG+) and Final Fantasy Mode which will allow you to level up Clive up to level 100.

Character level limit 100 is a feature exclusive to Final Fantasy Mode. There is no way to raise Clive to this level if you choose to play on Action Focus or Story Focus at the start of NG+.
