Story Walkthrough (Young Clive)
1. A Flame Summoned
| 1 | Control Phoenix and press △ repeatedly to inflict damage. |

2. To Kill a Dominant
| 1 | Move along the path for an event. |

3. Pride
| 1 | Attack 4 times in a row with □ (0/2). |
|---|---|
| 2 | Cast magic with △ (0/5). |
| 3 | Evade an attack with R1 (0/4). ┗”Precision Dodge” is activated by evading with perfect timing. |
| 4 | Press 〇 to approach with Phoenix Shift (0/3), |
| 5 | Defeat Lord Commander Murdoch. |
4. Sunrise, Sunset
| 1 | Go to the Throne Room from the back. ┗Get items when you get close to the shiny spot. |

| 2 | After the cutscene, go up the stairs in the back right and head to your room. ┗If you don’t know how to get there, press and hold L3 to find the destination. |
| 3 | Go to Stillwind from the world map. |
5. Lost in a Fog
| 1 | Proceed through the area while defeating goblins. ┗Prioritize defeating magic-type goblins. |

| 2 | Boss Battle: Gigas. ┗Boss attacks with wide swings which makes them easy to avoid. |
| 3 | Battle Battle: Malboro. ┗Boss skill “Bad Breath” will not hit unless you stand in front of it. |
6. Flight of a Fledgling
| 1 | Control Joshua to advance while defeating enemies. |

| 2 | After the event, your control character is changed to Clive. |
| 3 | Go to the plaza. |
| 4 | After defeating the knight, fight the boss Knight of the Blinding Dawn. ┗You can dodge the “Jump” skill by moving away from spot where the vertical beam of light appears. |
| 5 | Control Phoenix to fight the Eikon of Fire. ┗When the Eikon of Fire glows, evade its attack with R1. |

7. A Chance Encounter
| 1 | Boss Battle: Shiva Dominant. Boss mainly uses magic attacks. The ground freezes when Blizzaga is used. |

8. Hide, Hideaway
| 1 | Unlocked: “Quest”, “Orchestrion”, “Memoirs of Harpocrates”, “Shop”, “Training” |

9. Fanning Embers
| 1 | Boss Battle: Dragon Aevis. Boss is strong at both long and close range. Watch out for breath attacks. |

| 2 | Boss Battle: Fafnir. The boss’ weak point is its head. It’s better to run away if see the boss make unfamiliar moves. The boss “Spin Cycle” move can be avoided easily because the attack comes after the skill text become visible. |
| 3 | Boss Battle: Midnight Raven. It’s okay to pull back often for breaks because you will have allies during the fight. |
10. Louder than Words
| 1 | Boss Battle: Chirada. The boss is quick and has a strong rush attack so try to evade early. |

| 1 | The next section is mainly combat so be sure to prepare thoroughly by purchasing items from the shop. |

12. Headwind
| 1 | Boss Battle: Walled Sognwald |
|---|---|
| 2 | Boss Battle: Chirada and Suparna. You will fight two boss at once. Once of of the two bosses dies, the remaining boss will become empowered. |
| 3 | Boss Battle: Benedikta. The boss’ wind magic is strong, but you can avoid it by observing the trajectory. |
13. Wings of Change
| 1 | Boss Battle: Sanbreque Aevis. This boss is a stronger version of the Dragon Aevis. |

14. Awakening
| 1 | Boss Battle: Garuda. Beware of the boss’ big move “Aerial Blast”. This can be avoided by escaping to the edge of the battlefield. |

| 2 | Boss Battle: Ifrit vs Garuda. You will control Ifrit in this fight. Beware of the boss big move “Aerial Blast” again and avoid it. |
15. The Wages of Guilt
| 1 | This section is mostly custcenes. |

16. The Hunter and the Hunted
| 1 | Boss Battle: Minotaur. Boss mainly use physical attacks. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Boss Battle: Knight of the Dying Sun. When boss is spinning his spear, watch out for his sweep attack because which has wide range. |
| 3 | New side quests are added. |
