You can use the Hunt Board after completing ‘Brotherhood’ main quest, the Hunt Mission for Thanatos will appear on the board. It is located at the Dhalmekian Republic and then you need to fast travel to Kretov Obelisk and go to the left side until your reach the Titan’s Wake.
