Corrin (M) is the son of the king and queen of Hoshido who had been kidnapped. Living in the Kingdom of Nohr, he grew up with his “siblings”: Xander, Camilla, Elise, and Leo. He grew up with King Garon’s harshness and paranoia but nonetheless still retained a good relationship with his siblings. He is the real brother of Ryoma, Hinoka, Sakura and, Takumi.
Stats
Corrin (M) can be quite balanced if played right. As one of the 1st generation 5 star characters, he doesn’t deal as much damage as the new ones. He’s also quite replaceable by Lucina, Ryoma, Ike, and Marth if taken at face value. However, the beauty of his character lies in his versatility. Capable of playing either tank or attack, Corrin (M) can also create a bottleneck of enemies due to his weapon, Yato.

Strategy
Corrin’s main asset is his versatility as a character. While majority of his stats are underwhelming in comparison to Lucina and Ike, he can still deal heavy damage. For starters, his good DEF can work well with other skills such as Bonfire or Moonbow. Desperation works in handy as well for Corrin (M) which will help trick up his Draconic Gaze and Draconic Aura skill. Corrin (M) can also pair his Desperation with Quick Riposte who he can inherit from Subaki. Combined with this, players can also add Darting Blow to reinforce the effects of the Yato sword.
As for assists, Corrin can use either swap or reposition. Doing so can replace any tome user or support character away from heavy hitters to which he can soak up the damage.
Counter
- Berkut – Berkut, as a tanky lancer hero, can withstand damage coming from Corrin. What makes it worse is that he can also chase Corrin as a cavalry unit and deal heavy damage due to Blue Affinity to Red.
- Clive – Clive can tank majority of Corrin’s attacks due to his high Def and him being a Blue. He can also chase down Corrin due to being a Cavalry unit.
- Kagero – Kagero deals extra damage to infantry units, to which he is.
- Delthea – Delthea‘s ATK literally ignores Corrin’s Res. She’s someone who goes, “oh, you have Res? Let’s see about that!”.
- Robin (M) – Robin (M) is a tanky blue tome that can withstand Corrin’s incoming attacks. He can also attack from a distance, rendering Corrin useless.
- Linde – Linde is an S-Tier hero for a reason. Similar to Delthea, her ATK power’s so high that she makes everyone’s Res look puny.
