Clear the main story to unlock.

To unlock Leon’s Mafia Outfit (Pinstripe Costume), you must simply clear the game’s main story on any difficulty with any ranking. Doing so unlocks Professional difficulty mode, the game’s most challenging difficulty setting.

After beating the game, you can the purchase the Pinstripe Outfit at the Extra Content menu using Completion Points (CP) which can be acquired by clearing Challenges.

Mafia Outfit Hat Trick (Costume Effect) – to be confirmed

Reload the Chicago Sweeper four (4) times while aiming.

You can perform a unique gesture called the Hat Trick if you have Leon equip the Mafia Costume and Chicago Sweeper (Chicago Typewriter). While aiming the weapon, press the button to reload. This will cause Leon to grunt and adjust his hat. Do this four (4) times and Leon will throw his hat in the air and catch it while striking a stylish pose.

The Pinstripe Mafia Outfit for Leon can be customized, allowing you to wear accessories such as eyewear, masks, hats, and other headwear to personalize your Leon’s look. You can unlock more accessories to choose from by getting various Completion Ranks after beating the game.
