Strategy
Boss: Logos and Ormi
If you stockpiled on Eye Drops and Echo Screens, this might be the time to use them. The Leblanc Syndicate will be accompanied by a pair of Fem-Goons. Focus your attacks on the pair to prevent them from pestering the party with elemental spells. Concentrate on Logos next. While he is similar to previous battles, he has a new toy. The Hail of Bullets ability deals damage to the entire party. You can tell if he is going to launch this attack because he will start talking. You can suppress his attacks by having a Songstress cast Sleepy Shuffle. He may also spread status on the party, so counter it with Eye Drops or Echo Screens. If he manages to get at least one member to critical health, a White Mage’s Pray comes in handy as it bypasses Silence.
Locating O’aka
The peddler’s location in Bikanel Desert depends on your choice in chapter 1. If you turned him over to the Al Bhed, you will find him in the Southern Expanse of the desert. If you want to help O’aka, you can negotiate with the pilot. Talk to O’aka and invite him to board the airship.
