Act 1 Walkthrough – Ram Valley

This article contains the Act 1 Walkthrough – Ram Valley. It includes the Items Obtainable, Objectives, and the accompanying Units.

Map Battle

The map takes the form of a letter “U” which opens to the left. Mountains cover from the map’s left side up to the middle portion. When the mercenary advances from the mountain then proceeds southward, focus on taking out the enemies that surround the right portion of the map.

There are not a lot of threats even though 9 enemies are spread on the right portion. Among them is 1 lone Archer. Even with a frail unit like Silque, you can freely move to any desired tiles with little to no problems. After you sweep the right portion of the map, prepare to take out the remaining Mercenaries.

Battle Tips:

  • Encounter from the right recovery floor
  • Inflict some Long range attacks as you pass through the mountains
  • Engage in battle when at the Mountain’s South section

Take note that a Mercenary’s Stats is exceptionally high with Skill, Speed, and Defense being the highest.

Majority of the time, this unit’s Attack is around 10, which makes his damage only decent. Since he has high Speed and Skill, he is more likely to go after and deliver the death blow on other units.

In order to keep these Mercenaries at bay, prepare your Ranged Magician units to pierce through the Mercenary’s Resistance. It is advised to Rank up one of your Villagers to Magician early in the game.

Silque learns Nosferatu but is not recommended to take on foes with this Skill. It is risky because the Hit might be low and the enemy’s counterattack might knock Silque out.

Since you can obtain Leather Shield after you defeat a Mercenary, feel free to give it to a unit on the front line or to Silque to raise her otherwise lacking defensive prowess.
