Lissa

Lissa
Lissa, the Sprightly Cleric
Personal Evaluation 6/10
Attribute / Weapon Colorless/Staff
Rank 1~4  stars
Title Sprightly Cleric
First Appearance Fire Emblem: Awakening
Voice Actor Kate Davis

One of the members from the Shepherd, Lissa is a devoted follower to Robin (M)/ Robin (F) and also Chrom‘s and Emeryn’s younger sister. As a cleric, she often wields a staff and dove into battle to save others from their wounds. Lissa is also the aunt of Lucina. In Fire Emblem Heroes, Lissa appears as a colorless/staff unit.

Stats

Lissa is one of the lower ranked Clerics in the tier list due to lack of base skills that actually make her useful. Not only that, she appears to be more for healing rather than actually getting involved in battle. Lissa has pretty decent Res for a starter cleric which makes her viable especially for early game teams.

Strategy

As another healer, Lissa now has the attack version of the elemental balms – the Kindled Fire Balm. While she’s one of the lower units, people do use Lissa if they are at a loss for a healer. However, there are better healers such as Clarine, Azama, and Elise. Clarine‘s and Elise’s advantage over Lissa is her increased mobility in battle as a cavalry unit. Azama overtakes her in terms of defense and resistance. However, Lissa does have the advantage of being a common drop, being latent for the skill Renewal, and Kindled Fire Balm.

For players who are in dire need of a healer, Lissa can inherit Live to Serve as well as she has better stats than Wrys. To give her increased mobility, players can also grant Wings of Mercy in order for her to warp to injured allies. Heroes that have this skill as of the moment are Frederick, Palla, Faye, and Cain. As a healer, she’ll commonly be surrounded by tanky allies. To give her a little more versatility, inflicting debuffs is the next thing she can do. Some of these debuffs can range from Threaten Atk, Threaten Def, or Threaten Spd. Or, if the player is running a tome-based team: Threaten Res will work well with Lissa who also has a decent Res.

Counter

  • Cecilia – Cecilia‘s Tome, Gronnraven, deals extra damage against Colorless/Units.
  • Klein – Klein has Brave Bow which can easily snipe her off the map.
  • Lyn (Brave Version) – Not only is she an archer but, she’s a Cavalry unit at that. Taking out Lissa will not be a problem at all for her.
  • KageroKagero  has Poison Dagger which adds additional damage to infantry units.
  • Jeorge – Similar to Virion and Klein, he can also snipe her from afar.
  • Virion – Virion is similar to Klein but instead has Astra to finish her off.
