Set your settings to Natural Tactic Tweaker

Before starting the battle, set up your battle settings to Natural Tactic Tweaker

Exploit fire weakness and learn to dodge

You must avoid his attacks. If you don’t, he’ll kill you. Surviving this battle will certainly need a lot of equipment. Use Evan’s fire spell and keep away from the boss. Keep healing Evan using magic. During the battle, revive anybody who needs it to keep the monster away from Evan and your group.

Time your attacks

Ziggy isn’t too difficult because to his slowness, but do hit-and-run attacks on his back and sides. Big blows will knock him down, and you can even poison him.  Keep hitting and running, and watch out for the attacks above, and you’ll eventually knock Ziggy down.
