Post-game Unlockables
After clearing the main story of Ni no Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom, several new features are unlocked which include new side quests, recruitable citizens, and character outfits.
New Side Quests
New side quests will be available after beating the game which reward songbooks previously unobtainable in the main story, hefty sums of kingdom guilders (KG), new costumes for playable characters, and other rare items.
Below are all post-game side quests, how to unlock and access them, and rewards for clearing them.

New Citizens
The last 4 citizens (Sin-Gul, Dekkah, Senturi, and Tyran) that you can recruit to your kingdom can only be invited upon clearing the main story. After you you have beaten the game, the side quests to recruit them will appear. Talk to them on their respective locations to begin their side quest. Clear them and the client citizen will move to your kingdom.
New Character Outfits

As mentioned above, Side Quests 171 to 175 all reward you with new outfits for each of your party members. Along with clearing the main story, you will need to upgrade Evermore Castle to level 4 which requires inviting the last remaining characters to your kingdom.
