How to Farm Pebbles
What are Pebbles?
Pebbles are items found throughout the various dungeons of Ni no Kuni. While seemingly of no notable use, they are actually a type of resource used to trade for stat-boosting candies later in the game.
Can be Exchanged for Candies from Mr. Higglesworth in Jumblewoods
Talking to the mysterious Mr. Higglesworth in Jumblewoods allows you to trade 10 Pebbles for special candies that will raise a character’s stats permanently by 1. Mr. Higglesworth can be found in the Higgledy Playground area of Jumblewoods so head there to turn in any pebbles you have stockpiled while going through the main story.

Where to Find Pebbles
Pebbles appear as glowing items, much like random loot found in dungeons and other monster-inhabited areas, towns, and fields. While exploring the different areas of the game, try to scour every spot to find as many pebbles as you can.
Farming Pebbles
The best places to farm pebbles is the fields where you can easily make the glowing item spots reappear while fighting through and re-entering the area.
The field around Evermore is one of the best places to farm pebbles. Since monsters in the area are quite weak, you will not have any trouble doing multiple farming runs until you get enough to trade for candies.
