| 1 | Talk to the Man at Work at the small park in Uptown Broadleaf after clearing Chapter 7: A Traitor in Our Midst. |

| 2 | Afterwards, head to Downtown using the elevator and move to the southern section of the area. |
| 3 | The Special Screw can be found behind the robot at the northeast corner (near the railing). |
| 4 | When you try to pick up the screw, the Screw-Loving Boy will steal it. To get it back, you must trade him a Bully Button which you can get from the Factory of Broadleaf. |
