Character Overview

Batu is the fierce chief of the Sky Pirates based in Cloudcoil Canyon. Evan and Roland first come across Batu after they are captured by his men. Showing little favor in the two strangers who have tresspassed on his territory, he orders them to be executed, only to be stayed by his daughter Tani’s abduction by the wyverns. After rescuing Tani from the Wyvern’s Den, Batu comes to accept Evan and Roland and joins them on their adventure.
