1-1 New Horizons

1	Watch the cutscene.
2	Go down the stairs and read the tutorials on moving and controlling the camera.
3	When you reach the bottom of the staircase, get ready to battle the soldiers. Read the tutorial on quick and heavy attacks, and jumping.
4	Watch the cutscene.

1-2 Escape from Ding Dong Dell

1	Read the tutorial on the main menu.
2	Move forward and talk to the guard next to the door. Afterwards, go out and defeat the Mouse Guard, Mouse Malleteer, and Mouse Lancer. Read the tutorial on locking onto enemies.
3	Follow the hallway and go through the door. Destroy the lamps along the way to get HP drops to recover your health.
4	Head for the next door and watch the cutscene.
5	Move forward behind the bushes to sneak past the guards. Wait for the patrolling guards to face the other way before moving from cover to cover.
6	Go through the door and read the tutorial on the map.
7	Go down the stairs and through the door. Prepare to battle more Mouse soldiers. Read the tutorial on blocking attacks. Afterwards, more Mouse enemies will appear, including a Mouse Sorceress. You can simply choose to focus on taking out the Mouse soldiers to trigger a cutscene.
8	Watch the cutscene. Aranella will join your party afterwards. Then, read the tutorial on evasion and take out the enemies, including the Skeleplasms that appear.

1-3 The Search for the Sewers

1	Head for the door marked on the map to the south and follow the path down the stairs. After talking to Persha, you will get Soreaway x5.
2	Feel free to talk to the people in the area. Afterwards, go down the hallway to the southwest for a cutscene. You will then get Guard’s Greatcoat x1 and Arms Band x1.
3	Read the tutorial on equipment and switching weapons. Equip the Ratslicer, Broadsword, and Sidearm. You will also get Evan’s Essentials from Aranella. Read the tutorial on Waystones.
4	Use the Waystone in the corner to save or recover HP and SP if you need to.
5	Go out the door to the north and follow the path west for a cutscene. As soon as you go out the door to the courtyard, turn left to avoid the guards. Follow the path down some steps and wait for the patrolling guard to turn around and walk to the right before passing forward.
6	Go up the steps and exit through the door to the west.
7	Go inside the room to the south and watch the cutscene.
8	Move through the secret entrance behind the bookshelf leading to the sewers.
9	Follow the path for another cutscene. Then, move south towards the stone door to reach Ding Dong Well (sewers).
10	Walk on the glowing item to get Iron Nugget x1 and destroy the pots in the area to get some Guilders (money). Then, move toward the Goo enemies and read the tutorial on battle area.
11	Defeat the Goo along the way. You can find another Iron Nugget x1 on the southeast corner.
12	Turn around and go west for a cutscene. You will get the Flatliner skill from Aranella. Read the tutorial on skills and zing effects. Afterwards, go west and use the Waystone if you need to.
13	Go forward just before the bridge to get Pebble x1.
14	Turn right (north) to find two Skeleplasms near a chest and a glowing item. Take out the enemies and open the chest to get Broadsword x1. Get the Dollop of Crude Sap x1 to the right.
15	Cross the bridge and go north to find a Skeleplasm and two Goo. Then, get Iron Nugget x1 by the wall.
16	Go down into the water and get Dollop of Crude Sap x1.
17	Turn around and go through the arc under the bridge. Pick up Iron Nugget x1 by the debris. Move forward and drop down to get two Iron Nugget x1.
18	Afterwards, turn around and jump back up to the upper area by getting on the debris.
19	Go up the stairs to the north and get Iron Nugget x1.
20	Cross the bridge again and before you enter the room ahead, pick up Dollop of Crude Sap x1 to your left. Then, head for the room to get Dollop of Crude Sap x1.
21	You will find yourself in a passage that splits into two paths. Take the one to your right (northwest) first and follow it to find a Skeleplasm and Goo near a chest. Take out the enemies and open the chest to get Freshly Baked Bread x1.
22	Backtrack to where the path splits and go left (southeast). Take out the Skeleplasms in the next room and pick up two Iron Nugget x1.
23	Backtrack all the way back to the bridge outside and start moving southeast. Pick up Iron Nugget x1 just before the steps and go down.
24	Take out the Skeleplasm and Goo ahead. Then, pass through the gate and pick up Pebble x1 down the steps. Go inside the room to your left to find a chest with Soreaway x1.
25	Leave the room and go down into the water.
26	Go northwest toward the chest and pick up the glowing item. Jump up and open the chest to 100 Guilders.
27	Turn around and move south near the bridge to get Dollop of Crude Sap x1 behind the fallen pillar.
28	Turn around and go up the stairs. Continue south and take out the Skeleplasm along the left wall.
29	Move forward to the dead end to get Iron Nugget x1. Then, drop down into the water to get Pebble x1. Go back up and move along the right wall to get Dollop of Crude Sap x1.
30	Go back down the water and forward under the bridge to get Dollop of Crude Sap x1 and Nugget x1.
31	Go back up the stairs and cross the bridge to get Iron Nugget x1.
32	Turn right (south) and take out Skeleplasms and Goo and pick up Dollop of Crude Sap x1. Move to the south at the end of the path to get another Dollop of Crude Sap x1.
33	Then, turn left (north) and pick up Iron Nugget x1 ahead near the fallen pillar.
34	Take out the Skeleplasms and Goo. Then, pick up Iron Nugget x1 near the dead end to the east.
35	Turn around and move northwest to get Iron Nugget x1.
36	Finally, start heading south toward the marked destination for a cutscene.

1-4 A Way Out of the Waterway

1	Pick up the two items ahead and take out the enemies until you reach the Waystone.
2	Use the Waystone to save and heal. Afterwards, from the Waystone, take the path going west and follow it to a room with two Skeleplasms. Take them out and open the chests to get Cutlass x1, Soreaway x1, and Sixth Censer x1.
3	Backtrack to the Waystone to heal and go north. Prepare to battle the Black Knight (view boss guide).
4	Watch the cutscene.

1-5 A King Without a Country

1	Go up the hill to the west.
2	Watch the cutscene.
