Walkthrough

2-1 The First Steps

1	Watch the cutscene and read the info on the party menu.
2	Save at the Waystone. Afterwards, read the tutorial on trip doors and activate the Hideaway Holllow trip door.
3	Exit to the world map. Follow the path down the slope to get 100 Guilders.
4	Turn left and defeat the Skeleplasms. Move ahead and defeat the Whamster Pranger.
5	Take out the Hedgehounds and open the chest to get Choppy Old Cloak x1.
6	Backtrack and follow the path going southeast. Watch the cutscene.
7	Help the woman (Martha) and the Higgledies fend off the Wyvern. Use your skills to damage the enemy and watch the cutscene.
8	Afterwards, read the Higgledies tutorial and defeat the Wyvern with their help. When the Wyvern falls to the ground, unload on it with skills until it is defeated.
9	Watch the cutscene. Afterwards, you will get Runcible the Righteous (Higgledy).
10	Activate the trip door. Afterwards, head to the back of the cottage to find some items you can pick up.
11	Climb the slope to and open the chest to get Sixth Censer x1. Continue toward the ridge for another chest with Soreaway.
12	Carry on east to find more items to pick up. Ignore the blue chest for now as it is locked.
13	You can sneak by the Windwyrm along the ridge to get to the chest containing Burning Ring x1 (it is not recommended to take on the Windwyrm at this point since it is very powerful at level 50).
14	Head back down and take out the Whamster along the right of the path. Nearby is another chest with Loaf of Freshly Baked Bread x1.
15	Just after the Whamsters are more enemies you can defeat to reach another chest that contains Pair of Detox Simple Slippers x1.
16	Return to Martha’s cottage and start moving northeast. Follow the path down the slope. Ignore the bridge for now and pick up the items past it. There is also a chest you can open to get 300 Guilders.
17	Backtrack to the bridge and cross it. Then, turn right for a cutscene.
18	Pick up more items ahead and open the chest at the end to get Soreaway.
19	Enter the cave to reach Grotty Grotto.
20	Take out the Whamsters inside the grotto while picking up the items along the way.
21	Further along the path is a chest with Damp Wizard’s Wand x1. Heal and save at the Waystone if you need to.
22	Approach the mysterious door (though you will not be able to open it yet). Pick up the two items nearby and exit the cave.
23	When you are back at the world map, move west and cross the first and second bridge.
24	There is a chest along the left section of the area by the edge. Open it to get Angel’s Tear x1.
25	From here, start moving northeast along the cliff’s edge until you reach a bridge going to Ding Dong Dell. Ignore the bridge and pick up the item ahead. Activate another trip door afterwards.
26	Your next destination is to the east toward the large dragon remains in Cloudcoil Canyon.

2-2 Traversing Cloud Coil Canyon

1	Use the Waystone to save. Afterwards, pick up the two items ahead and unlock the trip door.
2	Pick up the item past the trip door. Then, head east to find a chest to get 300 Guilders.
3	Move west to find a merchant. Watch the cutscene. You will get Leafbook Viewer x1 afterwards. Read the Leafbook tutorial.
4	Feel free to buy any items you want from the merchant. Afterwards, continue past the peddler and pick up the sparkling item.
5	Defeat the Dynagoo and Sylphies. To your left is another sparkling item. Pick it up and head north.
6	Take out the enemies along the way and watch the cutscene.
7	Afterwards, go northeast and continue taking out more enemies.
8	When you reach the open area, grab the items along the edge to the north. Take out the Sylphies, Porc Chopper, and Zap Wing in the middle of the area.
9	After dealing with the enemies, go south to find some more items and a chest containing 100 Guilders. Head northeast to reach a wooden walkway to find more items.
10	When you reach the end of the path, get off by going right.
11	You can find a chest with Baby Buckler x1 by jumping to the right. Afterwards, go northeast and take out the enemies until you reach another prop-leafed clover to go up.
12	Go northwest and jump across the gap. Pick up the items and take out the enemies. Head to the edge of the cliff to find a chest that contains Dangerous Blunderblaster x1.
13	Go north to find a Waystone and a trip door. Afterwards, go down and follow the Higgledy.
14	You will get Moldy Old Twig and Wind-Whipper at the end of the path.
15	Use Wind-Whipper on the nearby plant to reach the higher ledge. Open the chest to get Pair of Gustproof Whirlwind Boots x1.
16	Backtrack and head for the broken lift. Use Wind-Whipper on the nearby plant along the lower level to go up.
17	Take out the enemies in the next area. Afterwards, go north to find a chest that contains Soreaway plant hidden behind the plants.
18	Follow the path heading to the large area. You can pick up some more items by going south.
19	Head north to find more enemies you need to defeat. You can choose to continue north to get more items.
20	Further along the path west are two paths you can take. One leads to the upper level and the other to the lower one.
21	Take the lower of the two paths first and out the enemies near the dead end. Open the chest to get Cup of Crabapple Tea x1.
22	Backtrack and take the upper path using the boulder. You will then need to make a jump across.
23	Take out the enemies along the way until you reach the Higgledy Stone.
24	Give the stone a Munchy Nut to have Filigree the Flighty join your party. Afterwards, activate the trip door.
25	Follow the to another prop-leafed clover and go up the upper level to find a chest with Sixth Censer x1.
26	Head down the path to find another chest with Three-leafed Soreaway x1.
27	Backtrack from where you came up from using prop-leafed clover and watch the cutscene.
28	Follow Tani to trigger more cutscenes.

2-3 To Tani’s Rescue

1	Pick up the items around the area. You can head to the entrance and go down the ramp to find a shop on the right if you have some money to spare.
2	After exploring the area, return to the entrance and activate the trip door.
3	From the world map, head down and follow the left path to find a chest with Angel’s Tear x1.
4	Head up the slope again and move south to find another trip door you can activate.
5	Open the chest to get Dollops of Single Cream x3. Afterwards, move north.
6	Take out the enemies along the way until you reach a fork. Head for the northeast path first to find a chest containing Gustproof Basic Wizardwear x1.
7	Move further along the path and you will notice that you can drop down to your right where a chest will be. Ignore it first and move ahead to a dead end with a chest nearby. Defeat the enemies and open the chest to get Sixth Censer x1.
8	Head back to the chest below along the right of the path and drop down. Open it to get Three-leafed Soreaway x1.
9	Drop down and backtrack to the fork from before and go east.
10	Move further along the path while dealing with the enemies that appear. Just ahead is Wyvern’s Den.
11	Go inside the cave and use the Waystone to heal and save. Then, open the nearby chest to get Soreaway x1.
12	Go right to find a Higgledy Stone and give it a Single Cream. Tove the Tenebrous will then join your party.
13	Head for the open area for a cutscene and prepare to battle the Wyvern Warlord (view boss guide).
14	After defeating the boss, watch the cutscene. Then, approach Tani.

2-4 The Cradle of Light

1	You will be transported back to the Sky Pirates Fortress and get Tani as a new party member.
2	After watching the cutscenes,
3	Activate the slab in the middle to begin the Kingmaker Trials.

2-5 The Kingmaker’s Trials

1	Watch the cutscene and read the Trial of Knowledge tutorial.
2	Afterwards, read the story on the pedestal to activate the puzzle.
3	Simply follow the solution below to solve the puzzle and get all items in the first puzzle (Story: Beginning). Head to the path in the middle: Up (1) >Left (1) > Up (1) > Left (3) Up (2) > Right (2) Up (2) > Right (4) > Right (1) > Down (2) > Left (1) and use the wheel 2 times > Left (3) > Down (1) > Right (1) > Down (1) > Right (1) > Down (1) > Right (1) Clearing the first puzzle and getting all of the orbs rewards you with Soreaway x1, Strong Sixth Censer x1, and Leather Armor x1.
4	Below is the solution to solve the second puzzle (Story: Middle). Head to the path in the middle: Up (1) > Left (2) > Up (1) > Left (1) >Left (3) > Up (1) > Left (1) > Up (3) > Up (2) > Left (2) > Down (1) > Right (1) > Down (1) > Right (1) > Right (1) > Up (2) > Right (3) > Down (1) and use the wheel 2 times > Down (3) > Right (4) > Up (3) > Up (1) > Left (2) > Down (1) > Down (2) Clearing the second puzzle and getting all of the orbs rewards you with Sixth Censer x1, Three-leafed Soreaway x1, and Warlock’s Wand x1.
5	Below is the solution to solve the third puzzle (Story: Ending).
