A Career Cut Short Side Quest Walkthrough
| 1 | After talking to Nereus in Siren’s Rest, head to Makronos southeast of Hydropolis. |
|---|---|
| 2 | Go to the northwest corner of Makronos to reach Capaneus’ Crypt. Go inside and follow the path down. |
| 3 | Follow the path to the left and take out the enemies near the chest. |
| 4 | Head southwest and look for the Tainted Monster (Lv. 34 Tainted Scintilla). Take it out to get All-be-Gone x3, Puzzling Roaring Sword x1, and 3540 Guilders. |
| 5 | Head back to Siren’s Rest and talk to Nereus to clear the quest. You will no be able to invite him to the Kingdom of Evermore. |
