1 After finishing Chapter 6, speak with the kids at the Siren’s Rest in Hydropolis. After that, you must compete against Big Runner in a race.
2 Don’t go down his road; you’ll end up losing. Instead, turn left and go towards the Emporion Market. Ascend the steps to the lookout path.
