To survive the horrors of Resident Evil 7, you’ll need all the help you can get. A myriad of items can be collected throughout the course of the game to help you stay alive. Of course, you’ll only be carrying so much in your inventory so be sure plan ahead.

Below is a list of all obtainable items in Resident Evil 7 such as consumable items, key items and ammunition.

Separating Agent	Can be used to breakdown items/ craft additional Chem Fluid

Key Items

Bolt Cutters	Used to cut chains	GUEST HOUSE	Near the back door of the guest house, sticking out of the carcass of a cow.
Fuse	Used to activate the 2F stairs and the phone in the Guest House	GUEST HOUSE	Open the locked closet in the kitchen using the bolt cutters. The fuse will be inside.
Hatch key	Used to open the trapdoor in the kitchen	MAIN HOUSE	Can be obtained during the first encounter with Jack Baker; Found on a table in the L-shaped corridor
Ox Statuette	Used to open the door to the Main Hall	MAIN HOUSE	Shelf in the upper level of the garage where Baker kills the Deputy.
White Dog Head	Used to open the door going to the yard	MAIN HOUSE	Move the pendulum from the clock in the main hall to the one in the living room. The clock will release the item.
Scorpion key	Used to open doors decorated with scorpions	PROCESSING AREA	Sticking out from a carcass in the processing area
Broken shotgun	Used to retrieve the Shotgun from the main hall	PROCESSING AREA	Open “Grandmother’s Room” location using the Scorpion Key. The Broken Shotgun is inside.
Dissection room key	Opens up the locked door of the Dissection Room	PROCESSING AREA	Solve the Incinerator Room Puzzle.
Red Dog’s head	Used to open the door going to the yard	MAIN HOUSE	Upper level of the butcher room. Getting the item will trigger a battle with Jack Baker.
Stone statuette	Used to open a hidden passage	OLD HOUSE	Cellar of the Old House.
Blue Dog’s Head	Used to open the door going to the yard	MAIN HOUSE	Inside a book in the Game Room (2F)
Snake Key	Used to open doors decorated with a snake	MAIN HOUSE	In the Dissection Room of the Main House, from the headless body of the deputy Jack Baker killed. You must have defeated Marguerite in the bug room before getting the Snake Key.
Crank	Used to lift sunken bridges	OLD HOUSE	At the end of the crawlspace of the Old House
Crow Key	Unlocks the door to the Altar	OLD HOUSE	Use Crank then examine the toilet at the north outhouse
