Strategy

Toxic seeps through the terrain which saps 5 HP each turn when stepped on. In order to get through, Flying units become advantageous as they levitate on top of the floor.

Considering that the area is full of HP-stealing terrains, it is important to keep the party’s health at a safe level. One way is to Heal nearby allies with your Saint. In terms of equipment, the Blessed Ring and Coral Ring both do wonders while passing through the cloud of poison. Nomah works very well for this map as you can recruit him from Inside Mila’s Temple.

Bear in mind that the enemies here react to your movements once you step within their range. This excludes summoned Terrors. Since movement is restricted by the terrain’s effect, the best course of action is to have the Pegasus Sisters pierce through the Gargoyles.

Avoid the range of the Sniper and Arcanists. In addition, the opposing Dread Fighter’s presence is alarming given its high stat distribution. This requires a high ATK and high DEF unit that can sustain its attack to rally the troops. Have this durable unit equip the Brave Sword or hope to Crit with the Excalibur.

Once you take out the Dread Fighter, take out the remaining enemies: Cantor, Arcanist, and Snipers.

The summoned Fiend is concerning. The trick is to lure the Gargoyles patrolling on the swamp using the Pegasus sisters while the other units move across the swamp to get across. As you cross, do not engage with the Sniper and Arcanists as you will remain at a disadvantage while suffering from the Swamp terrain. If you prefer, you can deal with them once you reach the normal ground.

The enemy Dread Fighter is the most concerning because of his high ATK. High DEF units should lure the Dread Fighter, then focus on taking it out with a combination of melee, arrows, and magic to pierce through its exceptional stats.
