How to Promote Class
Before you can promote a unit’s class, it requires that they have mastered their current job training at the Training Instructor located at the camp. A character needs to gain enough experience to reach the max stats for a promotion.
How to Get Seal
After reaching the mastery on a current job and you have decided to promote a unit, it will also requires you a Seal (Intermediate, Advanced, or Master).
It can be obtained from the Item Shopkeeper, Battle rewards, and awards from completing Achievements.
