What are Founts of Blessing?
Founts of Blessings are magical pools of water in Forspoken that are found all throughout Athia. Interacting with these small springs grants Frey new spells, giving her more options in and out of battle. There are a total of 12 Founts of Blessing in the game.
Using Magic Parkour to Reach Founts of Blessing
Some Founts of Blessing require Frey to use Magic Parkour to reach. Because of this, certain Founts may be inaccessible if you have not yet learned a specific spell or maneuver during the main story.

| The Citadel (Praenost) | Shimmy | Accelerate by kicking off from the ground. (Press X when landing.) |
| The Mustering Ground (Praenost) | Beacon | A light in the darkness that increases the speed at which stamina recharges, but also makes you easier to spot. |
| The Moulderings (Avoalet) | Suppression | Erases all trace of the user, making them harder for enemies to locate. Sudden movement will cancel the effect. |
