What are Tantas Monuments?

Tantas Monuments are sacred stones in Forspoken that contain a portion of the Tantas power that have been corrupted by the Break. Upon removing the curse that binds a Monument, Frey can absorb its power to gain permanent boosts to her various parameters such as health, defense, and magic power. There are a total of 54 Tantas Monuments in the game.

Using Magic Parkour to Reach Tantas Monuments

Some Tantas Monuments require Frey to use Magic Parkour to reach. Because of this, certain Monuments may be inaccessible if you have not yet learned a specific spell or maneuver during the main story.

Flashbacks

Some Tantas Monuments also let you undergo Flashbacks. These are special challenges that reward you with Mana for unlocking new spells and other bonuses. Flashbacks can be attempted multiple times from the map screen to obtain better prizes based on your performance.
