Substory 10: The Panthers’ Leading Man Strategy Guide
Deliver 12 letters in Rakunai against Makino.
After listening to Makino and Kiyokawa, Makino will challenge you to a race. The delivery designations are marked on the mini map and after a delivery is completed the mark will disappear. First one to deliver 12 letters wins so use the marks as a guide to know the best path to beat Makino.
Try to avoid bumping into people and tiring yourself so you can take the lead against the enemy courier. You can always save the game before you proceed with the substory so you can repeat it if you lose in the race.
