Substory 9: Enter the Blank Panther Couriers Strategy Guide
Delivering 10 letters in Rakunai against the enemy courier.
After going at the center of Shijio Bridge, you must deliver 10 letters to the designated area in Rakunai while competing against an enemy courier. The delivery designations are marked on the mini map and after a delivery is completed the mark will disappear. Use the marks as a guide to know the best path to win the race.
Try to avoid bumping into people and tiring yourself so you can take the lead against the enemy courier. You can always save the game before you proceed with the substory so you can repeat it if you lose in the race.
